Payment and Delivery:
1. The power plug is EU type, that is two pin, round shape, with AC 100-240V input voltage, and 50/60HZ frequency.
a: If you are buyer from Australia, New Zealand etc. countries which use Australian type plug, we will send an EU to Australian plug adapter for each piece of robot together with the package.
b: If you are buyer from United States, Canada etc, countries which use American type plug, we will send an EU to American plug adapter for each piece of robot together with the package.
c: If you are buyer from United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore etc. countries which use British type plug, we will send an EU to British plug adapter for each piece of robot together with the package.
2. If the item have remote control, the parcel will come with no batteries for remote control, buyer needs to buy batteries for remote control at buyer's local market.
3. If you choose any one express shipping method specified in the Aliexpress, sometimes, we may make shipment by any other express shipping method according to the actual situation.
4. Please check your local customs duty policy before ordering, if the local customs need to collect customs duties, all costs need to be afforded by the buyer.a. If you are from Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, please chose ship from Spain and Poland which is including the customs tax. b. But if ship from China, the price excluding the tax, all customs tax is paid by buyer.

6.Sometimes the package would be delayed by the customs, bad weather, or other uncontrollable factors, if the protection time is going to run out but not delivered yet, please contact us to extend protection time. 
7. Drop shipping is welcome. Please fill in complete and correct drop shipping address. Please confirm that you can accept this before you buy.
Warranty and Terms
1.All our items (unless otherwise specified) are assured to be brand new and carried with fully at least 24 months warranty.
2.During warranty period, if any problem happens due to quality reason, please be cooperative to take photos or videos on the problem and send to us for verifying.
3.For confirmed product faulty on your approval, we can provide you replacement parts free of charge.
